I'm Teigh Wade, a REALTOR® with HomeSmart Elite Group, HomeSmart. You might also know me as Tyra Wade or Tyra Woods-Wade, or simply as “T.” A lot of people call me “The Real T,” and I take that seriously. With me, you get THE Real T!

I'm an Arizona native. I was born in Phoenix and have lived mostly in the West Valley, and today I live in Surprise. I work all over the Valley, including Surprise, Waddell, Wickenburg, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Goodyear, Buckeye and Litchfield Park, and I represent buyers and sellers throughout Arizona.

I'm licensed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate as a salesperson under the name Teigh Wade, license number SA709148000.

I've wanted to work in real estate since the early 2000s. Over the years, one belief has stayed at the center of how I work, and I'll say it in my own words:

“Getting The Sale” is NOT my mission. Helping people navigate through every process of Real Estate is.

Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and it comes with contracts, deadlines, inspections, appraisals and a lot of new terms. I want you to understand every step, ask every question and feel confident in each choice you make. If that means taking extra time to explain the BINSR or walking through a CMA line by line, that's what I'll do.

I come to you. My buyer and listing consultations are mobile, so we can meet at your home or somewhere convenient for you.

For sellers, I handle pricing strategy with a comparative market analysis, listing preparation, staging, photos and marketing, showings and negotiation all the way through closing. Learn more on my sell your home page or find out what your home is worth.

I also have a strong referral network of lenders, title companies, inspectors and other professionals. I don't set or promise interest rates, but I can connect you with people who can answer those questions.

I love helping a home show at its best. I offer staging consultations with a room-by-room plan, hands-on staging using your own furniture and decor, and full staging with my own furniture and decor, including for vacant homes. I've been a notary public serving the Surprise area since 2010, and I offer mobile notary service statewide. I've completed the National Notary Association certified signing agent program and have experience with mortgage and loan documents. That background helps me in real estate too, because I've seen a lot of closing paperwork up close.

“More Than Just a REALTOR®” isn't just a tagline for me. I'm also a Licensed Massage Therapist, a licensed insurance producer in Arizona, a Reiki Master/Teacher and a hypnotherapist, and I work in web design. At home, I share my space with three dogs, Monsieur Olie', Paris and ChiChi, plus a rat named Templeton. They keep life interesting.

What I love most about this work is meeting people and watching them succeed, whether that's handing over keys to a new home, helping a seller move on to the next chapter or getting an important document signed on time.
