Real estate is my main focus. I'm Teigh Wade, a REALTOR® with HomeSmart Elite Group, HomeSmart, and I've wanted to work in real estate since the early 2000s. But I've never been a one-lane person. Over the years I've earned licenses and certifications in fields that all come back to the same thing: taking care of people.

Licensed Massage Therapist
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist. That training taught me to listen closely, pay attention to how people are really doing and respect their comfort. Buying or selling a home can be a lot, and I bring that same attentiveness to every showing, every negotiation and every closing.
Licensed Insurance Producer

I'm a Reiki Master/Teacher and a certified master practitioner in several wellness modalities. This work is a big part of who I am. For my real estate clients, it shows up as patience, calm and a steady presence when a transaction gets busy.

Every one of these roles has made me a better REALTOR®. I listen first. I notice when someone is overwhelmed. I'm comfortable with paperwork, and as a notary public and loan signing agent I know how closing documents work. I can help a home look its best and help a small business get seen. And I'm also a certified wedding officiant, because some of the people I meet are starting a whole new chapter.

Because all of my work comes back to caring for people.
