I'm Teigh Wade, REALTOR® with HomeSmart Elite Group, HomeSmart, based in Surprise, Arizona. I don't publish an office address because I meet clients where it's convenient for them. My buyer and listing consultations are mobile, so I can meet you at your home, the property you're selling or another spot that works for you.
Notary appointments are by appointment, Monday through Sunday. I welcome short-notice, last-minute and emergency requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities and public places. See my mobile notary page for details.

Let me know your pre-approval status, the areas you're considering, your timing and what you need in a home. Not pre-approved yet? That's fine. I can refer you to lenders. You can also start browsing on the home search.
Notary appointments
Tell me the type of document, how many people will be signing and where you'd like to meet. Every signer needs acceptable identification, usually a current government-issued photo ID. As a notary, I can't give legal advice or choose a document for you, so check with an attorney or the agency requesting the document if you're not sure what you need.
